When does a tooth need root treatment?

A tooth’s anatomy is as follows: healthy teeth consist of three main parts. Crown, neck of tooth and root. These hang together through an internal channel system. They possess a common nervous and vascular network, which consequently means that a bacterial infection attacking at any part of the tooth causes the inflammation of the whole tooth.

In order for us to save the tooth, we have to remove these bacteria from the channel network. This is a process that requires very tedious and precise work carried out by a professional colleague, under state-of-the-art technological conditions.
